Vista reapplies for technical changes at CJFB 105.5 in Bolton, Ontario

Vista Radio has applied to move CJFB in Bolton, Ontario from 105.5 to 102.7. Power will increase from 50 to 1,565 watts (4,000 watts maximum ERP). Antenna height will be lowered from 15.7 to -22 metres (EHAAT). If approved the existing CJFB rebroadcaster CFGM 102.7 in Caledon will be shut down.

This application was originally submitted in 2013 but was withdrawn due to technical issues. The power in the new application has been reduced, assumedly to avoid interfering with plans by several groups proposing a new station on 102.7 in Scarborough.
