Here is the last Mickey Mouse Episode with Russi Taylor and it was released on July 22nd.
Now it will be a question of who Disney has in Mind for both the Simpsons (Martin Prince) and Mickey Mouse (Minnie) though to take Russi's spot.
I do not know when Disney had the last Simpsons Episode with Russi Taylor released though. I only seen the one with Mickey Mouse though.
I don't believe that Disney does the Simpsons
Disney just took over the ownership rights for The Simpsons from 20th Century Fox a few months ago as a result of the Disney/20th Century Fox Deal.
I know Fox Corp the ones with Fox Broadcasting Company and Fox Television Stations only has the broadcasting contract with Disney's 20th Century Fox as of 2019 to run the Simpsons.
But I don't think that it still makes it a Disney show, or would have interest in owning it since The Simpsons are more meant for adults
OK I was thinking in who owns shows I did not consider that ABC Studios, National Geographic, ESPN, Disney, Hulu Originals and 20th Century Fox are TV and Film as brands/divisions within Disney I had to consider when making the argument. You are correct that Simpsons is under the 20th Century Fox Division of Disney.
Its like Music labels though.

I don't know which episode they aired last night, but it did end with a picture of Martin and "In loving memory of Russi Taylor".
Not sure either I can't imagine that they animated a short or special quickly, but then must have added theloviong memory to her quickly.
most likely, they possibly paid tribute to her on a rerun of a episode from this past season.
