voice-over guy on wtku 98.3 that used to be on wogl 98.1 in philly area

since 98.3 got this guy to do some of their promos , commercials , etcetera , 98.3 sounds so much like the wogl of the late 90-s ....yes , i'm sure that's intended by 98.3 ... to make philly people feel at "home" , near o.c. or a.c. , along with the targeted advertising (gary barbera , for example) ...but WHO IS THIS VOICE-OVER GUY ? i forgot his name ... )-: :-[
 
It may be both, but Charlie is the lead image maker. Listen closely, carefully. Most are Charlie with a softer sell delivery than the hard KOOL 98-3 imagery.
