WARQ Welcomes "Laura Martin" to the Revolving Midday Chair

Hey, at least give them credit for trying to develop some talent in this day and age. I am sure there is zero money there, so at least they are trying to make something happen.
 
Honestly, I don't think they spend a minute of time to developing and coaching talent. Since Dave Stewart has been back in charge, they basically throw them to the wolves... some go on to major markets like Melanie and some don't. If "Kat Morrison" had been coached, I think she had great potential. But clearly no one took the time to help her take the edges off her delivery.
