Was All Of WGBH's & NHPTV's Channels Entirely Off-Air On April 19, 2013?

I have a quick question for all you Boston area TV viewers out there, On Friday, April 19, 2013, (The day of the Boston Manhunt Search) Were all of WGBH's and NHPTV's channels entirely off the air for the whole day? cause I seem to recall on WGBH's Facebook page that they would be closed on Friday due to Marathon Tragedy happening 3, 4, or 5 days ago, if so could anyone here tell me if there were also just test patterns on all of their channels too, Hope someone here remembers it.
