The National Labor Relations Board has sided with a union representing Washington Post reporters and other workers, accusing the newspaper of violating labor laws.
The board's general counsel has filed a formal complaint against the Post for failing to bargain with the Washington-Baltimore Newspaper Guild over extra duties imposed on newsroom and commercial employees, the union said in a statement.

The dispute centers on extra reporting work by reporters appearing on Washington Post Radio and extra work advertising salespeople did in conjunction with The Onion, the union said.
