WBPX Channels 68-5 and 68-6 via antenna what can WBPX or Ion do to fix the picture?

From WBPX Channel 68-5 and WBPX Channel 68-6 via antenna what can WBPX or Ion do to fix the picture?... Part of the left side missing, partly cut off at the left where product name, price, tel no should appear clearly. Who's Chief Engineer now?...

What type of TV are you watching on? Is it an older 4:3 or a newer 16:9? TV pictures today are broadcast in the wider 16:9 format. If you are watching on a 4:3 TV and the picture reaches the top and bottom of the screen, you are missing the left and right sides of the picture. This is not the fault of the TV station.
