WCBS 2 to debut their new news studio this Thursday at noon and...

Talk is that PIX will also unveil a new studio at the end of next week and NBC4 is making changes too.

CBS NY+ will launch this year on ch 2-2.

WABC started using their new studio a couple weeks ago so I guess all the others have to follow suit...
One thing that surprises me a little is how stations don't seem to change their logo anymore. WCBS has been using the same "CBS 2" logo since 1996. WABC has been using the same logo as long as I can remember. Same thing with NBC 4.

I recall a few variations on WNBC's logo. Here's one from the 1980s: http://www.brandsoftheworld.com/logo/4-channel
and a few more here: http://annex.wikia.com/wiki/WNBC
They made a few changes when the newscast was rebranded from NewsCenter4 to News4NY

WNBC has used that 4 logo since mid-1992 when they started the first 4 New York campaign. And I guess WPIX reverting back to the pre-WB 11 logo a few years ago has to count for something.
