Oh this thread, We'll be talking about Cynthiana, KY's 102.3 WCYN remains off the air, and then switched into a new station.
This station WCYN is one of Kentucky's oldies stations. But of the past year, the stations was remaining off the air for a while now, and then switched into AM 1400 Call letters still remain is "WCYN".
The format they used to played was Classic Oldies, But now gone to AM and Switched to Classic Country music. They're 102.3 WCYN website http://www.wcyn.com/wcynfm.html which is still up for all of these months.
They're new website is here : http://www.countryboy102.com/ using the "102.3" on the website but not the am 1400 on the website.
Why do this radio stations gets to put off the air and then change into AM 1400 as Classic Country. I was keeping an eye out for this station for quite awhile now and I'm just about done with this station.
Farewell Dial 102.3 reached to Maysville, KY, or have You?
Oh. We need to update this Wikipedia page : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WCYN-FM It seems to be outdated with no history.
