WELA 1530 Elizabeth,NJ,location of orignal transmitter site

I had asked this awhile back ,never saw an answer. So I'll try again. When 1530 WELA in Elizabeth,NJ went on the air in 1970 I remember its transmitter site was somewhere on West St. Georges Av. , in Linden,NJ.
If I recall correctly it was in an empty lot on the westside of the street. Next to it were "stores" or other buildings. It was in a shopping area.
Does anybody know exactly where this site was ,the address ,what is there today ,or side streets off W. St. Georges Av. it was located near ?
