Wilhite is facing 15 more criminal charges after new details from additional teens that got drawn into Wilhite's life of nudity, sex, alcohol, and porn. He is being held on six counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor; five counts of showing obscene material to a minor; three counts of lewd and lascivious conduct; and one count of lewd of lascivious exhibition.

He was arrested at his home at 9:15 p.m. last night after a judge ordered him jailed on more than $1.5 million bond. He refused to put clothes on and was wrapped in a blanket for the ride to the District 3 sheriff's substation in Holly Hill. .

The new charges came after investigators interviewed seven additional victims.
None of the seven new victims of boys and girls between the ages of 14-16, reported having sex with Wilhite. But all told stories of Wilhite allegedly parading naked around the house, offering them alcohol, showing them pornographic movies and encouraging them to have sex in front of him so he could watch. Five of the seven new victims did say they got naked in front of Wilhite, at his insistence, so it says in the SO report.

Many said playing billiards in the nude was a common occurrence at Wilhite's house. Others said the Wilhite, told them it was a house rule that they couldn't use his workout room unless they took their clothes off. Two of the victims said they had sex in front of Wilhite after he allegedly asked them to. One of the girls said Wilhite would masturbate while watching her and another boy have sex inside the house. Others times, she and the boy would have sex in the back seat of Wilhite's car while Wilhite drove and watched, including once while on their way to church.

Two other girls said that on occasion, they had sex with a teenage boy inside a bedroom and they thought the meetings were private and later found out that Wilhite was watching. One of them said she noticed Wilhite peering through a bedroom window and masturbating.

Two of the girls told investigators that Wilhite had grabbed their naked butts, and one of the two also said that he had rubbed his penis up against her.
Wilhite was transported to the Volusia County Branch Jail in Daytona Beach.

A circuit court judge set aside the $1.5+ million bail and ordered Wilhite released Friday on his own recognizance. But Wilhite remained held Friday night in the Volusia County Branch Jail on $100,000 bail for an earlier arrest. A bail bond agency surrendered the bail he had posted back in July in that case.
Judge John Doyle said Wilhite's arrest at his home Thursday night was based on an anonymous tip that was "frivolous." The tip given to SO Investigator Jerry Betz was that Wilhite was packing belongings into his 37-foot boat and getting ready to leave.
Prosecutor Tiffany Adelman, Betz and another sheriff's investigator were stunned by Doyle's decision. One detective sat open-mouthed in the courtroom. "We disagree with the decision to release the defendant on his own recognizance," said State Attorney's Office spokesman Chris Kelly.
The trial in the earlier case is scheduled for Monday.

Wilhite was released from jail this afternoon on his own recognizance.

He was to go on trial today for a charge in July of allegedly having sex with a boy who was 15 at the time, now his trial is set to begin next month.

Get the boat ready for a trip again???

With all the pretrial publicty relating to this case, it will be virtually impossible to seat an unbiased and impartial jury, meaning I seriously doubt Wilhite will get a fair trial in Volusia County; possibly the state. This case has made national news and is gaining more national attention with each passing day.
