Westwood one /Cumulus to Offer Fantasy Sports.

" FREE fantasy sports and entertainment games — to its broadcast radio affiliates, starting with the upcoming 2016 NFL season."

They appear to be providing a free fantasy game. This could be a very good move. Have a show focused on Fantasy Football and highlight your own application for it. It will drive at least some incremental traffic to their sites, but they'll be competing with Fox Sports, CBS Sports and Yahoo! who are all well established in this, not to mention the NFL's own Fantasy site.

It will be interesting how Cumulus will compete against Draft Kings and Fanduel over fantasy sports. Note some states may sue Fantasy Sports groups under gambling laws.

They are offering FREE fantasy sports, the same thing ESPN, Yahoo! and other sites offer now (even though Yahoo! has DFS). It's not the same as Draft Kings or Fanduel.

It's over ten years too late and radio websites suck so nothing they try will bring people to the sites.
