I heard some speculation that on this week's Scott Fybush's NERW, The FCC was asked Cumulus that the WFAS-FM signal will move this stick into New York City which is the Bronx where the WFUV's signal came from Montefiore Hospital. This is a good move for the station and Cumulus' point of view.
Scott Fybush was saying that "WFAS-FM would still have decent Westchester/Rockland/north Jersey coverage, but more to the point, it would blanket the Bronx and cover most of Manhattan, Queens and even part of Brooklyn with a 60 dBu (city-grade) signal."
Is this article true?
