Per the Green Bay Press-Gazette and this release on PRNewsWire, it's actually an exchange--CBS will give the stations and some cash to Liberty Media, who will give up the approximately 7.5 million shares it owns in CBS. Both companies have approved the deal (though the FCC must still give its approval), and the stations will remain CBS affiliates.
