Granted I don't know what their coverage is, I read on the Philly Board that WAMS 1260 in Newark, Delaware is finally at full power. (1KW) Maybe that's why you've noticed a change in WBUD's signal. If you got an extra $300K laying around you can buy WAMS and take it dark and get your WBUD back. *GRIN*
