What Boston area radio stations carry NBC News or segments?

Because it's syndicated by iHeart, it's likely that it's on an iHeart station. The one that doesn't carry Fox.
Yes, and Wikipedia mentions " While it is not owned by NBC Universal, it features reports from NBC News correspondents, presented by anchors who are iHeartMedia employees. It is provided to the network's 24/7 News Source radio station affiliates and includes one-minute and two-minute hourly newscasts along with other audio content, such as features on money, health, politics and sports, heard on over 1,000 radio stations"
There may be no stations in the Boston market that take NBC Radio News. Its affiliate list isn't very large. And I would assume some that are on the list really don't carry the newscasts, just maybe some actualities.
While NBC Radio News is an iHeart product, most iHeart Talk stations carry Fox, which iHeart has a financial interest in. Oddly, in some markets where iHeart has two talk stations, such as Houston, one station uses someone else's news service (50,000 watt KTRH runs ABC News) while the lesser station runs Fox (in Houston, that's 5,000 watt KPRC). iHeart's WOR New York will say at the end of each newscast that it is "An NBC Radio News Station." But it has its own newscaster 24/7, even overnight. It never runs the network newscast.
I know only two NBC Radio News affiliates that use the newscasts most of the day, 570/105.9 KNRS-AM-FM Salt Lake City, owned by iHeart, and 1450 WCTC New Brunswick NJ, owned by Beasley.

It is primarily WRKO that has been carrying some actualities from NBC News Radio, although on at least a couple of occasions, I've even heard some on WBZ.
When WRKO has no one live at the station, it airs newscasts from ABC News Radio.
When WBZ has no one live to do news at the station, it airs newscasts from CBS News Radio.
I've mentioned before that "Mark Mayfield" bills himself as either "Mark Mayfield, NBC News Radio" or "Mark Mayfield, WBZ Newsradio 1030". But as another poster quoted from wikipedia, NBC News Radio is not owned by Comcast-NBC-Universal; its on-air reporters are iHeart employees.
One more thing.
Earlier this year, both Carl Stevens and Doug Cope identified themselves as being with NBC News Radio in a couple of actualities that were aired on Boston's Talk 1200, "an iHeart Radio Station".
So, there you have it.
As stated earlier, all iHeart stations can use the content. I don't see where there's market exclusivity on actualities. Maybe on TOH, but nobody seems to be using that.
