Noticed Great Plains Media is running an ad on All Access for MM/GSM for the Bloomington-Normal cluster. Why the opening? What happened to the MM/GSM of '08?

A good guess would be that he/she didn't have the magic wand required to make this trio of rimshots into a competitive cluster in B/N. Without one, GPM will need to learn how to live on the radio money left over after Regent takes the first batch of buys and Connoisseur takes the second batch. Slim pickens.
