What happened to the Great Scott antenna towers in Georgetown on US-113?

I'm just now seeing that the AM and FM towers on US-113 in Georgetown are gone! It also looks like the building is abandoned. I assume they moved, but anyone have any other details? I can't find anything. Thanks!

They split a while ago, if I remember well Adams bought 93.5, 98.5, 103.9 and 107.7 and move them to Salisbury.

Another company (The Voice) formed by a guy from Ecuador bought 95.3, 101.7, 103.5, 106.1 and 900AM with its 100.3 translator and built new facilities a few blocks south on Dupont Highway. Also WJWL was (or was going to be) downgraded from 10kW to 1kW while the translator was upgraded from 10w to 250.

The old building is abandoned and for sale as far as I know.

But why tear the towers down? That part just doesn't make sense to me.

It's my understanding that 93.5 has been at that location since the beginning. Does anyone know if that's true?
