If by "the show" you're talking about Free Talk Live, you can hear it at http://listen.freetalklive.com . How they would handle it is how most syndicated programs are. They would put us on and run their local commercials at the appropriate times. They also may run some local :10 liners that we can cut for the rejoin times. They may also run :10 or :30 or :60 promos at other times during the week to promote the show. Some stations choose the options, some do not. Hope that helps!
