I used QuickTime on my old MacBook Pro to record the last few days of KHPT 106.9 The Zone. The longest file is about 13 hours long (for some reason QuickTime would crash after a while and I would just start a new file); they are all in AAC 128 kbps codec (MP4). I used my Sony home theater thing to receive the station. There's a 60 Hz hum on some of the files, but this originated from the station because I also noted this in my car. All of the files have a little bit of hiss on them but that's because I live pretty far from the transmitter.
The MacBook Pro self-destructed earlier this year but I was able to get all the files off first. There's a few clips here, including the last 10 minutes of "The Zone" followed by the first 10 minutes of whatever the hell they replaced it with:
