I can hear KXTG 750 easily here in Seattle. I haven't had much luck with the others. What about you?
I had very good luck with KEX/1190 when I spent my junior year of high school in Hawaii. It was the first mainland station I heard there. I also heard it years later on a visit to Maui.
I have them all confirmed from either day or night reception. I only need two Oregon's to complete the whole state! (KURY 910 and KHSN 1230).
Daytime, I receive the following from Portland in Yakima. It's an easy area to grab.
550 KOAC (Corvallis, yes, I know)
620 KPOJ
750 KXTG
860 KPAM
1080 KFXX
1130 KXET
1150 sometimes KGDD
1190 KEX
1520 sometimes KQRR
1550 KKOV
1640 KDZR
From Seattle, you should be able to grab KPOJ-620 as well as KXTG. KPAM is also possible, but not where you live in Pierce County (way too much KHHO IBOC). KEX, KQRR 1520, KKOV, KDZR also possible.

I get Portland pretty well. It's almost as if I lived there! Oh yeah, I do.Bruce Murdock once commented on pdxradio.com that 620 was coming in like a local, while driving in Seattle and exclaimed, "Super 62 indeed!". No 910, 970 or 1330? By the way, we get 570, 710, 770 and sometimes 950 in the daytime. If you go up to Mt. Hood, you can get 1090.
How about people living east of the Rockies? Here in Iowa, I can't recall ever having heard a Portland station -- with KMOX and WSB being the powerhouses that they are. Nor Seattle -- which I think other people in the midwest have mentioned hearing at times, but not me to the best of my recollection. I think KFI and KNBR are still my only west coast catches.
During the years in the last decade, when I was getting into Seattle on biz trips 2-3 times a year, 620 (primarily as KPOJ) was fairly easy daytime duty around the Sea-Tac area where most of my appointments took place. Often those trips would be Seattle/Portland/Vancouver (Canada). As a general rule, the Seattle stations did better in Portland and Vancouver than the other way around.
I'll give you guys an update when I have a chance try dxing from the car, as that seems to be only place where I can hear anything on the AM band. I did run through the dial at home though with a good radio, and I can definitely hear 620, 750, and 1190, but the quality is far from sounding like a local.
Vancouver stations -- a bit off topic but I've had a couple of those that I can recall -- News 1130 and pretty sure I caught the Chinese language station on 1320. Decent catches for this area.
Not at all off topic; I regular play around with the Vancouver dial.
I have no trouble catching the Vancouver dial where I live, but for some reason CKNW 980, CKST 1040, CFAX 1070, CJRJ 1200, and CJVB 1470 all can be difficult.
980 and 1470 are regional channels and not as likely to come in beyond their standard coverage areas.
