I really enjoy listening to radio from other cities. It's nice to not have to be limited to the local area. I recently added two "GE Super Radios" to my collection. One for the living Room and One for The Bedroom. This product is a must have for anyone who wants great reception of out of market stations. You can pick up these radios at Benny's for $50 each or on Amazon.com for even less.
On a typical day I tune into both WCBS and WINS from New York. Sometimes WOR as well. I also tune in WBZ on occasion. Most New York stations come in without a problem both day and Night. The other night I received "WHO Radio" from Des Moines Iowa. That is the furthest station I've been able to receive. Not to bad since the transmitter is almost 1,300 Miles away.
