Recently, Capitol Broadcasting in Raleigh sold a "construction permit" of 103.1 that is licensed to Sharpsburg to "Pinestone Media Corporation", anyone heard when this may go on the air?, they have till July 3rd to get this built, i'm sure they have
plans, but what format will they go with?, the area is covered with Urban AC, R & B, Black Gospel, Contemporary Christian,
Southern Gospel, Classic Rock, Christian & Secular Talk, Rock, Beach Music & Oldies, Public Radio, Adult Contemporary, Classic & Current Country, Sports, CHR, and others, the only format that may be missing is Adult Standards or something a station in
the sandhills is doing right now, called "Timeless Favorites" which is sprinkled with speciality programs, this would be good for
the Rocky Mount/Wilson radio market.
