I'm in Houston, a city with more cover-bands than a 9th grade Battle Of The Bands Contest.

The best show I've seen in 6 months has gotta be Baroness; progessive metal band from GA.

Saw Clutch last night. Great show. The real treat was the opening band; Kamchatka. If SRV had played in a jam band from Sweden, it would have sounded like this.

Saw Rock on The Range in Columbus with the return of Stone Temple Pilots, Filter, Disturbed, Kid Rock, Seether, Serj, 3 Doors Down, and a boatload of others. Great show! Also saw Van Halen a couple of weeks earlier. Not a bad show either.
