WHDH bumping Leno's new show, will air news at 10:00

IIRC,

When CBS/Group W were dealing with Philly, either Fox was making a play for either 3 or 10, or CBS/Group W was able to play up the potential "opportunity" for Fox to move from 29 up to a VHF signal. NBC blinked and traded 2 stations (SL/DVR) and a facility swap in Miami for WCAU...

Of course this was 14 years ago, so my memory may be a little fuzzy.
