I don't think radio-locator has coverage maps on the HD2, HD3 stations. And yes I don't think
1200 has ever done HD. 1430 might.
Computers can pick up the streams of some of these HD2, HD3 signals via tunein.com or
station's main sites. Smart phones with apps like Tune In also offer these streams.
(on your comp go to tunein, click local stations etc)
Here in Beverly I can get the WXKS 1200 Matty's comedy on the 107.9 HD 2 but it's jumpy at times
Some else of what I can get via the HD portable
93.7 WEEI-FM HD 2 --funkytown? now playing M Jackson Wanna Be Starting Something
96.9 has been Irish but not coming in at the moment
98.5 have gotten HD2 and HD3 before but nothing now
105.7 HD 2 Nothing But the 70s (Rare Earth)
102.5 HD 2 country (classic? other? lost it quickly)
Maybe my earbuds aren't the best or the HD signals are low.
89.7 still waiting for other signals to come in
I know some who have this radio (or one in the car) like Eli would get better recep of the HD2,
HD3 etc. as they live closer to the sticks. In my case 93.7 is very strong as I'm not far from their stick just off Rt 1/128/I-95 in Peabody. Trying to get WZLX for HD 2 radio mojo, blues...not today
Maybe better luck if I had a car stereo with HD and whip antenna, or getting HD via the sources
above.
For example Irish 96.9
