Famed psychologist B.F. Skinner postulated that one could induce a desired behavioral modification within a subject by applying a carefully selected stimulus. Under current law, doing this to a human subject without peer revue and government approval is not only professionally un-ethical, but a federal crime.
Luckily, I'm not a professional.
Even better, my name isn't "Burrhus". Imagining what his childhood must have been like with the name "Burrhus", it's not hard to see how B.F. Skinner developed his theories regarding negative reinforcement.
1. My name is Burrhus Frederic Skinner.
2. I am a bespectacled, bookish boy that gets my ass kicked by every bully in school because my first name is Burrhus.
3. Mommy! Make the pain stop.
4. I shall now be known as B.F. Skinner.
That said, I will now conduct my experiment and see if I can produce the desired result in my subject:
"Hey, isn't Radio-Info a Trademark and Servicemark? So if somebody started up a radio discussion forum named something like...Syracuse Radio-Info Board...they'd be infringing the marks, right? And diluting the commercial value of the existing service? Especially when it's a simple matter to demonstrate they knew the original TM and SM were in place because they were a member?"
The time is now 2043 EST. Let's see what happens, shan't we?
Your friend forever,
Biggus Dickus
P.S.- "Well, if you guys don't like me I'll start my own club!" Really, that's beyond pathetic.
