Who Is Michael Grant and Can You Spell B-O-R-I-N-G On WTKK 96.9

Seems that Sean Hannity has been replaced from 3-7 by someone named Michael Grant. He used 96.9's local telephone number but he didn't seem like he was in Boston.... where have we heard that before.

He was EXTREMELY BORING and made Hannity look good.

All this makes us pine for the good old days of Jay Whatshisname.

Is this the best WTKK can do. There must be some real talent locally that can take that slot. Heck, I'll even give them my number. Couldn't do any worse than this Michael Grant disaster.

All in all, Howie Carr at WRKO must be real pleased to see 96.9 sink not so slowly into the waters off Carson Beach.

I hope this Grant goober is just a one day wonder.... wonder what.

He's a southerner. Didn't perform in D.C., in small southern markets previously. Probably dialed in from VA.

That's Michael Graham, who has apparently been promoted from the bullpen to
the starting rotation, at least for the time being. Hannity still airs 10 pm to 1 am tape delayed.

I tuned in a few times and it was OK but he was no Howie. But who knows. Acc.
to the WTKK site he's there for this week, at least, and there were intros
saying "The Michael Graham Show".

More on Graham from Radio Equalizer (about how he was fired from WMAL):

If you don't like him, don't listen. Your opinion about who is "boring" is not really worthy of discussion here, parklane.

Only long enough to turn the station for your information, the late Mr. Coolidge. The last one brought on the Depression what is this one bringing?

Considering how often you feel the need to rant here about hosts you don't like, I'm willing to bet the above statement is a lie.

Your poor understanding of history is unsurprising, parklane.

Hardly, monetary policies under Coolige opened the flood gates.

A. This has nothing to do with radio.

B. This statement is not based in reality.

C. You've been banned, parklane. This statment doesn't belong on this board at all.
