Who is the New station ID Annoucer on KOIT 96.5FM sound like the guy on KDFC 102

That new annoucer on KOIT's Station ID's and promos moved in from KDFC 102.1 I heard his voice before as the announcer from KDFC's final years on 102.1 fm as the intro for Hoyt Smiths off to school requests segments. the annoucer was in briefly on KDFC's 89.9 and 90.3 era.
