I really have to wonder if anyone at KRLD knows what is going on anymore.. For one thing, they seriously cannot figure out how to program the 7PM to Midnight weeknight time. First they did reruns of Jay Mcfarland and Ernie Brown, then they stretch the news an hour longer and pick up Rollye James. After that, they drop the reruns (which I liked because I'm not awake to hear Jay and, usually, Ernie when they run live) and add loudmouth Jay Severin. THEN, they shave an hour off of Rollye's show to run Jay longer, and now they've dropped Rollye altogether and have a Jay-soundalike, Lars Larson. Would the programming scheduler at KRLD please just PICK SOMETHING AND STICK WITH IT?!
Fortunately for me and unfortunately for KRLD, most of the programming I like(d) from them is now available off of XM, and without the annoyances. Rollye James is on XM 165. The Texas Rangers, without Brad Barton's CONTINUAL interruption of the game (and not during commercials, I notice; he'll wait for the commercial run to finish then break in) are on the birds as well. Basically, all I'll miss is Texas Overnight (which I don't get to hear often anymore) and Ernie Brown.
I've listened for years, but I think this is it, KRLD. Even your traffic is 20 minutes late..
