Who was the first All Spanish Radio Station In the U.S.?

What station was the VERY FIRST ALL SPANISH Radio station in the United States? And I am not talking about Part time Spanish stations with English during the day and Spanish in the afternoons or evening. And it doesn't have to be a "Spanish 24/7". Even a ALL SPANISH DAYTIMER can qualify?

KCOR, San Antonio, 1948.

Or, if you are a purist, WKAQ, 1922.

David, What about the very first All Spanish Radio Station in California? I hear it was KGST-1600 Fresno but I think it was another station in the Los Angeles Area.I think it was founded by Lotus Communications?
