Who will fill the morning drive chair at Amp 97.1?

Any Ideas whom will be among the chosen few for that and the rest of the day?

Rick Dees and a room filled with cash ... for you.

Rick Dees future is part of the 10%+ of unemployed in California.

Billy Bush? Carson Daly?

CBS could hire Shelley Wade, recently bounced from middays to overnights on Z100 to make room for Seacrest as the stations midday talent. That is, if she wanted to make the move to the west coast.

She still does a midday show for Clear Channel's CHR station in Boston - granted, it's via ISDN from New York...

As long as they get a laughing hyena with a dye job that will laugh at anything the new male host says, it really does not matter.

Actually, I think Bonaduce would fit perfectly and he's already in the house!

He's funny, painfully honest, quick, smart and most important of all.....Entertaining!

I can't imagine the "younger listeners" mentioned in Amp's press release relating to Bonaduce or Booker. Their AM drive host will be critical to Amp's success IMO.

I don't yet believe the "AMPed up hype" about the format change. Why would CBS put their cards on the table and give others time to evolve, if warranted, to the format that already exists on a CBS-HD2 signal?

I would not be surprised to hear something different at 5PM PST tomorrow.
