Whose the guy filling in for Howie Carr on Wednesday?
Says he is some sort of general but sounds like he just came off a three day bender living out of The Pine Street Inn.

He has served as a security advisor for the Federal Bureau of Investigation as well as state and local police officials. A graduate of Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government, Colonel Hunt holds a Master's degree in English from Norwich University."

He hails from Mass. (forget what town) and currently resides up in Maine.

Howie calls us, I vote to revoke his membership. That voice! My God, he makes Richard Simmons
and Jay Leno's prancing intern sound masculine.

Yeah, didn't realize Hunt was on Brokeback Mountain and was light in the saddle. Don't really care. He was just a disgrace and sounded drunk.
 
I don"t know if his voice has always been that raspy or if he smoked a lot or whatever...now, is it
really David Hunt or just VB with a bad cold?...Gotta learn the right way to pronounce "Peabody"

Not sure if he sounded drunk, just a really raspy voice (I gotta admit I am not too much into listening to people with raspy voices like that..which includes occasional WBZ fill in Bradley Jay...but that's just me. Should HC have let Nancy "Sandy" Shack host instead? Maybe even have Mikey Adams come in--he didn't
have to be on 'EEI till after the Sox-Mets game...

by the way article in Globe mentioned that they're selling naming rights for the name of the Red Sox network, among other things--and the calls of BOTH stations will be in there too (since some games will
be on WEEI). You actually will hear them say "Coming up next on the (for example) Dunkin Donuts
WEEI-WRKO Red Sox Radio Network"
