Why is Q92.9 getting such poor ratings lately?

I follow it since its a sister station of a KC cluster (Steel City), but last I checked a little while back it started doing well. While we only have 6+ numbers, it has been a while since its numbers were that low.
 
I notice WLTJ is tied with the market's other Hot AC, WBZZ, owned by Audacy, both at #12. Maybe two Hot ACs in Pittsburgh is one too many? Unless they both do a good job of delivering adult women, even if hardly any men are listening?
