That is the question that Robert Feder wondered aboit in his opening news story in his Robservations column today https://www.robertfeder.com/2020/01/...v-boost-score/ . Which he starts off by mentioning if Marquee Sports Network turns out to be the disaster the some of the critics are expecting it to be. Over the past weekend was the Cubs annual fan convention that when Tom Ricketss suppose to the crowed and about Marquee Sports Network, angry Cusb fans booed as he mentions in the article. As her points out there the cost is not even yet to be known how much fans will have to pay to get the network and see the games, and the the other programming that will be on the station. Which will lead fans to go to the games on WSCR 670 The Score with Pat Hughes and Ron Coomer. Robert Feder even without mentioning the person's name he quoted a reader of his page that had wrote in the comments section as far as having to go and listen to the games on the Score. And it might seem to be out of the question, of going to a Cubs home game at Wrigley Field, and instead of just hearing the game on the radio when you can't even see the game, even when the Cubs will be on the road. And there is no telling how many games will be seen on free tv, as the Cubs local broadcasts are no longer on WGN TV or WLS TV.
