Have you seen Phil Collins lately? He's not well.

Once again, he got sick. He has pancreatitis. His sickness has nothing to do with his lifestyle.

I said MANY(not all) live shorter lives which you obviously missed...

You can't generalize about death, other than it ultimately happens to everyone. For every example you give, there's a reason.

I'm in the Palm Springs market, one of the oldest markets in terms of average age. And the retirees here are fairly well off (as is a requirement to retire adequately in California). So about every week we have a show with an artist or group of artists that had hits in the 60's and 70's.

We have 6 nights and 8 shows for Barry Manilow's traditional Christmas event. We had Frankie Vallie recently and have Paul Anka and most of his contemporaries, all of whom are in their later 70's and 80's.

I saw Ringo just before the pandemic. His show is a great deal of fun and he gets some incredible guests on stage with him. If you know the songs, it does not matter how old the artists are... it's really fun to see them.

I was on a brief visit to Cleveland when the Beatles made their first tour visit there... "WIXY, the station that brought the Beatles to Cleveland"... and I somehow got "media" passes. They were young, and so was I. It was fun... but seeing recently Ringo and McCartney was even more fun because they brought back such a slew of memories. And neither acted like they were around 80... they acted like they were having fun.

I saw Ringo Starr before the pandemic at the Celebrity Theatre in Phoenix and it was one of the best shows I’ve seen live! He can still put on a great show at his age and his voice sounds great. Ringo was funny too as he kept making jokes about how he would “be back around soon” as the Celebrity Theatre has a slowly rotating center stage. Something I had never seen before, but it worked!
