Will the public buy this radio for HD Radio ?

Let's see, 2010, that is about the time iBiquity would like to stop broadcasting the analog part of the hybrid digital signal, and go all digital. That would mean trading 400 million potential analog listeners and keeping 10 million possible digital listeners. Can broadcasting survive on only 10 million occasional, potential listeners?
No. Your plans fail the credibility and practicality tests again.

What you think iBiquity wants, and reality are two VERY different things. I haven't heard ANYTHING about killing analog by 2010. Do you have proof to back up the claim, or are you just making things up again?
 
Watch iBiquity go totally digital and alienate 1 billion analog radios - talk about shooting yourself in the foot ! IBOC is still not formally approved, with the FCC striking multiple items off the IBOC agenda, and nighttime AM IBOC will probably never happen, and if it does, I will simply DX into Canada, to get the same shows, because Canada is smart enough not to go digital (they have even filed complaints with the FCC over IBOC interference).

Hmmm...the FCC struck IBOC off the agenda at iBiquity's request. Another half-truth from your camp.

"iBiquity" can't go "totally digital". "iBiquity" is not a station owner, and contrary to SUPERCASTER's "black helicopter" delusions that iBiquity is a cartel, they have no say in any timetable of analog shutoff. When, or if, a station drops analog will be their decision. Theirs, and theirs alone.

Sorry to ruin your good conspiracy theory.

No, they wanted to make a change to the proposal. The information was made public (hard to be fraudulent when you make public everything you do!). It's common knowledge to everyone but you, apparently.
