This station has had a fitfull start with iboc but seems to have worked things out.
These bird-fed formats don't fare as well as local orgination due to cascading compression, still the signal is a full 5 "bars" and if HD gets into the sort of sets that people actually buy, it will give 1560 and Radio Disney a competitive outlet for it's target audience.

While getting reacquainted with New York radio I discovered that WINS is now iboc.
With this addition we now have 8 AM stations in HD.
I'am not going to pretend that I don't hear SBR on this signal, but its still decent.
Note: At the beginning I switched off carrier then back to show the buffer interval, also, WINS is only 4 of 5 bars on the signal/buffer indicator.
I posted these on the "HD" board but since they are New York stations, I figured they might be of interest here aswell.
