Wish WOAI could cover a little more sports

With WOAI being the real "clear channel" am station for central texas nighttime, I wish they could of covered at least the World Series, they covered the Superbowl last year, and since the spurs was in the NBA finals they covered that. I wish we had a decent nighttime powered sports station.

FWIW, I can usually receive the ESPN station in Bryan better than I can receive Ticket 760 at night. WOAI's sports promotion emphasis is clearly on the Spurs. (Are there any other stations in the Spurs' radio network?)

WOAI carries the Saints and Longhorns games, too, but I can't recall the last time I heard a promo for either of those on a weekday.<P ID="edit"><FONT class="small">Edited by daypart on 10/29/05 12:52 PM.</FONT></P>
 
Whatever they did to the tickets power now I can not even get them at night, use to I could listen to the games at night, but theres not a am station that I can find that carrys the espn sunday night game or monday night games. I use to could get 1530am but now they even changed there nighttime pattern now.
