wish you would return to having the top markets as subjects for boards..

I don't, but I use Facebook mostly for communicating with my Iowa and Missouri relatives, none of whom are younger than 60 (one is 88). I bet Zuckerberg hates that.

Otherwise, I mostly use Mastodon these days. There's not a lot of interaction, but the interaction that does occur tends to be of high quality.

And then there's this thing.

On your point about market activity, sometimes even in the top 25 a market stabilizes so much there is no discussion to be had. One such market is San Francisco.

At least, im assuming that’s why the SF board has been a ghost town.
Over the past year there was plenty of discussion about KREV - now KEXC - as well as about KGO's descent into sports-betting radio. These things come and go in cycles.

Last year, the New Mexico board had quite a bit of activity. You can blame me for some of that; I was there for some period of time and posted various observations. Plus it's a market where my memories go back 50 years or more. I don't have that in Denver.

Denver-Boulder is pretty quiet. Some of it is probably because iHeart is so dominant here, and what it does is rarely interesting. But there was some discussion about the Max Media sale to Pillar of Fire. I can also mention the mystery tone that emanated from KMXA; again, something you can blame me for at least in part.

Radio formats and ownership generally have been stable, even static, over the last decade. So, at least on the surface, there's less to talk about. Whether that's a good thing or not depends on your point of view.

Oh it’s back! That’s a relief! Thanks so much Lance, this makes using the site so much easier.

I know the poll you said before said people browsed otherwise but there wasn’t any way for me to say i used to use the front page to browse, and with the website update removing the markets it completely removed me using the front page.
