I find it kinda ironic too that WDXB is now involved in this neverending saga and was originally licensed to Jasper as well (as WWWB-FM).

I saw the FCC filing for this. Looks like it's legal, as the translator isn't "married" to WJLX-AM. If the FCC approves it, someone in the area can confirm if WDXB-HD3 is airing the same programming as W268BM.

A win for iHeart, I guess, in all this. Save the day PR while the news is hot. Then later when everyone moves on, and they will, can charge rent for the HD3 feed.

I don't claim to have any qualification as an audio engineer, but the audio from WJLX via WDXB is worse than horrible. I've heard better audio from people running the audio board at small churches. And this is no dig at small churches, just a dig at whoever is responsible for the audio product on that station.
