WJMF-LD 6 in Jackson, MS has been granted their License to Cover

I just saw that WJMF-LD had their License to Cover on digital RF 6 granted by the FCC.

Is anyone able to receive RF6 via antenna, and, if so, can you tell what programming they are broadcasting? I am 13 miles away on top of a hill ENE just off of Lakeland near Northwest Rankin Elementary and apparently can't receive the signal with the ERP at 0.051kw. In the past, the owner typically drops power to 0.051kw for maintenance and then files a change request to go back to 3kw, but I haven't seen an application yet to return to normal power.

Since it is a low band VHF, I am using long old school rabbit ears fully extended to pick up the signal.
