I don't know what Terry Crews is doing with them.
The cast of "Bones" is there as well.

I would guess when WJZY launches its own newscast that will be the end of WBTV News at 10. No other station for it to move to. And no longer a need.nelsonincharlotte said:Molly Grantham announced Friday on her Facebook page that the WBTV 10:00 newscast is moving back to WJZY the day of the switch to Fox, July 1. Pretty much a given that was going to happen. It will remain on WBTV till WJZY launches its own newscasts in Winter 2014. I imagine they will want to start it no later than Super Bowl Sunday. That would definitely be the perfect night to launch it.

Not surprising, since WCCB's tower is farther east. That doesn't help me much, as one of my antennas won't pick it up any more. The other one does and maybe one day I'll remember to watch the .3 channel. But my cable rarely goes out.tylerSC said:I get a strong signal from WJZY here in GVL, SC some 75 miles away. So I am happy to see them change to FOX, as I am sure they will be more impressive than WHNS-21 FOX Carolina. I only get WCCB sometimes at night.

It's not really in the city. When I would go home on Friday or return to UNCC each Sunday, there were these three towers that I would pass. I passed very close to one fo the three. There are four now.Steve.Gates said:WCCB is in what the Charlotte Locals call "Center City, Charlotte". Meaning its Transmitter & Antenna are roughly 14 -to- 18 miles further away than the Towers in Dallas, NC. That is probably why you have trouble getting them down in G'Ville, SC. Those miles (plus a Antenna Height Factor) make a big difference. Steve.
