They are both top notch though the Atlanta ratings haven't reflected it. Interesting that the personality they are replacing, Paul Koffy, was on the original staff at 94.9 The Bull.
It'll be interesting to hear if the nationalizing of this show affects the local content or presentation in some way. Some have said that Audacy's nationalization of the alternative and country formats have been bad for ratings. I haven't seen that it's strictly because of the nationalization. What I have noticed is that Audacy's infrastructure doesn't allow for smooth transition between their shows and local elements. That shouldn't be a problem in this case. It's interesting to note that this will be the only national country show that I'm aware of that originates in Atlanta.
