WKLS-FM is Station of the Year... in Alabama

I thought some of you guys might be interested in this. The old 96 Rock call letters live on in Alabama. My station grabbed them up when they changed to CHR and this past weekend the Alabama Broadcasters Association named WKLS-FM the 2015 Radio Station of the Year. We don't have any actual connection to 96 Rock other than the call letters and some of the inspiration that led to Rock 105.9 being launched 7 years ago. Rock on!
