WKOB drops RTV for Drive In 24/7 Movie Network; CBS NY Plus to launch on 2.2

Time Warner stated that they would add "MeTV." It is presumed that it means 43.1, however last I heard, that launch was delayed. As I understand it, stations have a difficult time getting subs added, unless its a major station with bargaining power, such as WPIX. Since RTV's lineup is getting weaker, I'd say the chances of it getting picked up are weakening as well.
