WKSF - 99.9 Kiss Country - Weaker Signal?

Here around Morganton, I've noticed a weaker signal from 99.9 WKSF for about 2 weeks. Has anyone else noticed this? About 2 weeks ago, I was blaming this on the final digital upgrade work that co-located WLOS was performing on their transmitter and antenna. However, I called WLOS this past week and they say their work is complete. So, I must wonder why I'm still getting a degraded WKSF signal.
