Some notes: WSB-TV did have a Spanish translation of their 6 PM newscasts on their SAP audio channel in the early-2000's. Also, WAGA had a partnership with the short lived digital cable only Georgia TeVe service based out of Woodstock. WUVG (Univision 34) offers only brief updates, while WUVM-LP 4 (Azteca America) has full 30 minute newscasts (outsourced to Iowa based INN).
