WLXY-LP 106.1 FM in Chelsea is now on the air according to LPFM Database with a religious teaching format can anyone in the area confirm?

It's now on the air on the new 96.9 Frequency. Playing Christmas Music.
As of today, I listened and airchecked them. They're ID'ing as "Cool 96.9" and playing '60s/'70s oldies. They claim to play "the best of yesterday and today" but in 45 minutes I heard nothing but oldies. The Christmas music may have been a stunt or a test.

As best I can tell, they still have no internet presence - no web, not even Facebook.

Here's what I recorded: https://www.sendspace.com/file/83oz7n

Thanks. I just realized I typed the call letters wrong on the aircheck file. Oops. :-/

The correct call still is WLXY-LP. By the way the legal ID is at about 42:27

Oldies? Classic hits?

Based on the 45 minutes I recorded (and posted above) it was mostly '60s and '70s with one '80s song. So at this point, I'd say it's more of an oldies format than classic hits. Of course, the station's programming may evolve over time.

I noticed that a license to cover has been filed for WLXY's move up to Double Oak Mountain, with a lights-dimming 3 watts of powwwwwweeeeeerrrr.

I'm curious if anyone in Inverness along the 280 corridor can even hear the station, since it's wedged in between 96.5 and 97.3. My guess is it'll be almost completely inaudible except at the very top of Double Oak, and maybe in the high dollar subdivision just the other side of the crest as you descend towards Chelsea proper. Back in ye olden days I remember hearing WRSA headed up the mountain from Birmingham and then WDJR would take over on the other side most of the way down. It was a great DX spot up there because Atlanta, Montgomery and Columbus, GA all seemed to boom in.
