WMGI Mix 100.7 Terre Haute, Indiana heard in Cincinnati

I am suprised I am getting this. Total Est. Distance: 178.67 miles from Cincy per Mapquest. Thats about 2 hours, 54 minutes away.

Starting around this time of year & going through November or so, you may hear many stations at that distance on an almost daily basis. It's more like extended ground wave than DX. Terre Haute has two other powerful stations, but at 102.7 and 99.9, your odds of hearing them are slim. You might keep an eye on 99.5...there's a 100KW at Owensboro,KY that could over-ride your semi-local on 99.5. 102.1 from Danville, IL also gets out well, but if WKRQ is broadcasting in HD Radio, you'll never hear that one.
